**Plain and simple...I love this recipe. I always forget how much I love it until I have it at someone's house. I had a breakfast meeting at my friend Lori's {Fresh Picked Whimsy} house and she added chocolate chips to hers. So I tried it out! So delicious! My mom used to make a lot of banana bread loaves at a time and freeze them. That way she can pull them out when she has unexpected guests. Like me! {I use a glass bread pan because that is all I have. If you are using glass, turn down the oven to 325° and start checking bread around 45 minutes.}
