I recently stumbled onto fresh365. This site is a collection of vegetarian recipes, gorgeous food photography and general photography. This site is also run by a designer named Erin, but a Boston based one! I am always looking for more vegetarian recipes to add to my arsenal and I love shots of fresh vegetables.
