INGREDIENTS
2 c. peeled ripe peaches - cut into small pieces
1 c. blackberries
1 c. raspberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
store bought or make your own pie crust
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°. Place bottom pie crust in 9 inch pie pan or glass pie dish. Fork dough. Mix the sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add to the fruit, gently stir and let stand for 15 minutes. Place fruit mixture into pie pan and cover with remaining pie crust. Crimp edges and fork top to add steam vents. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cover edges with foil if they are cooking too quickly.
**My uncle made this for me one time and it has been my favorite ever since. Serve with vanilla ice cream for added goodness. Enjoy!
