Hello everyone! I feel like an ostrich pulling its head out of the "baby" sand. I am dipping my toe back into the internet, and I wanted to share a new favorite website of mine, Naturally Ella. It is FULL of vegetarian, healthy recipes and beautiful pictures that will make your mouth water. I think I have the whole website bookmarked to make for dinner. Thankfully, our now four month old {yep already!} is allowing us some time back in the kitchen and we are cooking/baking up a storm!
I normally eat pretty darn healthy, but during my last trimester I was craving sweets! Starbucks birthday cake donuts to be specific. I have since dropped all of my pregnancy weight and then some {thank you Lent and giving up sweets + breastfeeding}, but I am CRAVING vegetables and all of my healthy vegetarian fare that my nauseous stomach would not let me eat. Bring on the sweet potatoes and spinach!
